SHIPPING

We ship only Original Art and Prints (both Artist Prints and The Shedlock Home Collection) worldwide. Food products or food items only deliver in South Africa.

All items are delivered locally in South Africa through chosen delivery options.

We ship during normal working hours Monday to Friday: not on Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays. We will supply all goods to our delivery company in good order. The onus rests upon them to ensure the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order.

South Africa Retail Shoppers:

Delivery costs are a flat-rate fee. We courier to-door. Or you have the option of Postnet to Postnet. Unless otherwise specified, your shipping cost shall be depicted upon checkout prior to payment and order processing. We can only ship to a street address and not to a PO Box number. Should no-one be present at the delivery address to sign the receipt of delivery (third attempt) your goods will be returned to the shipping agent’s office. You will then need to make arrangements for collection or further delivery attempts directly with the shipping agents.
Should there be any further courier costs involved due to this we take no responsibility thereof. 

We cannot be held liable for an incorrect shipping address entered into our system.

Once an order is shipped and the “sale concluded” the order is in the hands of the courier service. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery times caused by delays on the side of the courier. 

All orders are tracked and you will be supplied with a waybill number. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shedlock Home products are packaged with extra care in bubble wrap, boxes or document tubes. All packages are labeled fragile with HANDLE WITH CARE stickers. 

International Retail Shoppers:

We ship door to door via FedEx.
Delivery times are 10-14 working days from time of courier collection (not placement of order). If there are any delays at customs delivery time can exceed this. 

We charge a flat rate for Artwork and Prints. Should the size of the painting be such that it requires special treatment or excess delivery cost, info will be provided for that item. A telephone contact number needs to be supplied.

All orders are insured and tracked and you will be supplied with a waybill number.

Shedlock Home is not responsible for any international customs fees, duties or taxes incurred.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

South Africa Retail Shoppers:

In accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy depicted on our site, you may return a product and qualify for a full order refund based upon the following:

You make contact with us within 3 days of receiving your product. The product is not damaged and shows no sign of usage. The product is in original packaging and properly packaged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; including return shipment (unless the return is as a result of our error). We accept returns only via door-to-door courier at your cost.

We require full banking details in order to process the refund (not applicable to Payfast purchases) and we will do so within 7 days of the goods reaching our door.
Please note that any product exchanges are treated as a new order and are thus subject to standard delivery times and costs.

If you receive a faulty/incorrect product from us, you qualify for a full order refund or product replacement at our expense. Your replacement choice is subject to our stock availability. Kindly note that goods are only classified as faulty if they are received faulty in which case you need to supply us with a photograph of the faulty goods at the time of opening. Items that are damaged during the opening and from wear and usage are not considered faulty. 

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

You may return a product and qualify for a full order refund based upon the following:

Kindly note that goods are only classified as faulty if they are received faulty in which case you need to supply us with a photograph of the faulty goods at the time of opening.  Items that are damaged during the opening and from wear and usage are not considered faulty. Items damaged during transit are to be covered by shipping insurance and proper procedures need to be adhered to. Receiving a product that differs slightly in colour, size, shape or pattern to what was depicted upon your screen when you placed your order does not warrant the good as faulty.

We do consider all sales final as the product is made to order however in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy depicted on our site, you may return a product and qualify for a full order refund based upon the following:
